I do not recommend using copper to consume or store wet foods/liquids, as the copper will affect the taste of the food. There is also a very slim chance that the copper will react with the food and create harmful by-products, so it's best to avoid.

       Dry foods, like spices, ground coffee, loose leaf tea etc are completely fine
